98.6 percentile in Jee Main paper 2 meaning your expected rank would be around 1577. Now if the number of candidates in Jee Main September session increases your rank can also increase. The cutoffs of Different NITs vary based on various categories. Also you haven't mentioned which category you belong to, your home state quota etc. Basically, for hone state candidates, the cutoffs are quite less compared to All India quota candidates. So considering you as a general category candidates, based on your rank, you can expect, Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur and Patna, Raipur, Rourkela, Nagpur under All India Quota. Now this is based on previous few years' cutoffs and this year the cutoffs might change. You can check the last few years' cutoffs here
