As per the specified scores of your IPE and EAMCET, your rank would probably lie around 25,000 to 30,000.
This may vary slightly with the difficulty of the paper and number of students appeared for the exam.

Hello, to calculate the rank you have to calculate combining your PCM marks 25% and IPE marks 25% and you TS EAMCET 50% marks.
You can go through career 360 online site to get more details about how the ranks are estimated.
