I got 98.863 percentile in jee main 2020. But in IIIT Hyderabad they are saying we need top 1 percentile (99+) . So still should I apply for IIITH admission? if applied for CSE, is there any chance of getting seat? (obc , female,Andhra Pradesh)

Firstly, congratulations on scoring a percentile of 98.863. It is a good score. BUt the competition keeps increasing by the day. IIIT Hyderabad is one of the top premier institutions in the nation. Since you have mentioned that you belong to the obc category you may have a chance of getting into some good nits though we cannot say for sure that you will be guaranteed a seat. Still you can apply for it. Based on the reservation there is a chance that you might get through
I suggest you to apply for state colleges or any other private and government institutions such as NIT Calicut as well. There are pretty many good private institutions where you can apply. Here are few good private institutions
