i got 9890 rank in clat(B.A.LLB) can i get top 3 colleges of ipu i am from general category outside delhi

Congratulations on getting such a good rank in CLAT, but I'm really sorry to say that according to a tentative list put together from previous year's records, you may not be able to get in to any of the colleges of IPU. You may want to look at the list of the cutoffs from previous year.
