Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of Jee mains paper 2,you seems to have decent chance of getting NITs.You may get NIT PATNA,NIT NAGPUR etc.Visi below mention to know for which NITs you are elligible:

In paper 2B arch for general category, e you asking JEE Main Paper II cutoff? The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors like difficulty level of the exam, No. of candidates appeared for the exam, performance of the candidates in the exam etc. so it would be tough to tell you the exact, You can check the previous year cutoff to take an idea about your admission possibilities
