Hi,
I hope you are healthy and fine.
Now if we look at previous years trends and try to find your common rank on the percentile you have mentioned then it will be somewhere between 5115 - 5750.
You can also check your expected rank by yourself using our rank predictor tool. Below I am attaching the link of it.
You should note that these ranks are calculated on the basis of past years Percentile vs Rank trends, so you should not be surprised by observing slight variation in the actual rank and the expected rank.
Now if we try to find your category rank which is EWS by doing some analysis then, then we will find that your EWS rank will be somewhere between 500 to 1200.
Now coming to your main question that whether you can get Computer Science in top four NITs or not. First let us see what options you are getting.
Below is the list of NIT(Best for your rank) in which you can CSE. Please have a look.
- NIT Calicut
- NIT, Allahabad
- NIT, Jaipur
- NIT, Surat
- NIT, Kurukshetra
- NIT, Nagpur
- NIT, Bhopal
As you can see all these NITs comes on the top of the list, and i do not think small variation in NITs ranking vary alot, different system gives different ranking. So according to me you can opt for these NITs without any second thoughts.
You can also use our college predictor tool to see which colleges are in your rank range. Below I am pasting the link of it.
