I got 99.6554367 percentile in JEE MAIN and 129 Marks in JEE ADVANCED 2020. Which college can I get? Should I prefer IIT or NIT?(OBC-NCL Girl)

First of all congratulations on securing 99.65 percentile score in JEE mains 2020.
Now with this much percentile, your rank is very good and you can definitely get some of the top NITs.

Now as you are getting 129 marks in JEE advanced 2020 from OBC category then yes, your chances are good in IITs. If you cleared all the individual subject cut off, that is 9% of 132 marks, then you are said to be qualified and also, as you have scored more than 31.5 % of 396 marks then you have cleared the JEE advanced cut off and got yourself a good rank from OBC category.
Now as per the last year stats, with 129 marks in obc category your rank must lie between 2000 to 2100.
So as you can see you definitely got yourself a good rank.
And according to me you must go with IIT.
