With the above ranked mentioned i am assuming you are from General category and will answer according to that first of all there are absolutely no chances of top Colleges like RV,MS ramaiah or BIT in regular admisions as these all colleges sums up the admissions for both branches at 5.5-6k to the best case with few other branches available like civil,EEE etch in these colleges

But in terms of good college if not top there are quite a few chances for you in banglore for CSE and ECE in bangalore based colleges you can easily get into Dayanand Sagar institute ECE branch if not in first two rounds then in later stages and also there is lots of options within banglore which offers excellent CSE educational background like AMC ,BMS etc

Hey Hey don't loose hope whenever there is banglore there is management quota for everyone and a person can get top colleges admission by paying few extra lakhs for admission and he/she can secure a seat with minimum 70% marks in boards and PCM.

CMR institute of technology

Nitte Minakshi institute of technology

Dayanand Sagar institute of technology etc.

With branches like CSE or IT there because your chances of getting the top colleges like RV College or ms Ramaiah is very low.
