I got 9977 rank in IPUCET 2018.Will I be able to get IT or CSE in NIEC?

You have not mentioned that you are from Delhi or outside Delhi.If you are from Delhi you may get a seat for IT or CSE but for a candidate outside Delhi I think it is not, as the previous years trend shows.
