First of all congrats for getting good rank and getting fee reimbursement completely depends on your caste and income  per year and if you belongs to sc or st then only you get 100% fee reimbursement but being oc candidate  you need to apply under obc category then you get 35000 from government as fee reimbursement for example let us think if your college fee is 75k then you get 35k from government so 75k-35k = 40k you need to pay and its not possible to get 100% fee reimbursement being oc student
