Getting scholarship 100% depends on your caste not on anything , and if your income is less then 1 lakh and if you belongs to sc then you get 100% scholarship and being oc or obc or bc then you need to pay few  amount for example if your college fee is 50k   in that  you get 35k from government and rest you need to pay and  i request you to mention your caste so i can help you in better way as per reservation and here are few colleges as per your rank
