As a General category students you should have 40% of 200 marks. You will have to score 40 marks in each- MAT and SAT and overall 80 to qualify. Your score is good enough to qualify, But the selection for the second round depends on Bihar NTSE cutoff.

It should be noted that there might be changes in cutoff due to change the Exam Pattern.

Cutoffs in General category in 2017 was 99marks and in 2016it was 88marks in bihar state.

Hence average is below 100 which means you shall havehigh chances of conversion for stage2 NTSE .

However do wait for official cutoff trends which shall be soon released in 2019.
