As you have mentioned that you have got 2.3k rank in vitmee 2021, and you want to take up computer science and engineering with specialization course.
As in general the cut offs depends on certain conditions like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut off, difficulty level of the paper.
But as per my knowledge you may get if your marks is 118+.
