Purpose of PI is to analyse social skills,personality and candidate's
overall capabilities and how a candidate handle stressful situation.

Dos' and Don'ts

1. Clear your basic.The stream you are studing or studied or the
domain you are working.

2. Qs will be on hobbies also.So make sure you mention your real
hobbies and don't exaggerate in this part.

3. Go through your resume and analysis it.Inshort do swot analysis of yourself.

4. Don't be snobbish or arrogant with your answers.

5. If you have any gap in you professional life then make sure you
give them solid reasons for it.

6.Be smart and prepare for some quirky Qs such as If you could have
any superpower,what it would be?

7. Last but not least Be honest to yourself and the panel too.
