i got a college in ipu in first round and I'm not willing to continue with that college and i floated it and i pay seat acceptance fees which is 40000 .. and then i got an allotment letter of that college. now iam confused am i eligible for 2 round?

Yes definitely you are eligible for second round of IPU Counselling. That Seat Acceptance Letter is temporary and must have stated your Float Status and your Current Seat Allotment, after payment of the Seat acceptance fee. Henceforth if you are alloted a seat in your higher preference in Round w you will receive a new Seat Allotment Letter.
