I got a CRL rank of 65000 and 18000 under obc category. Could I get into any nit/iiit or any other gfti?

According to your rank, yes you have chance to get admission from IIITs and GFTIs in josaa counselling or CSAB spot round. check the college predictor by using below link and prepare the colleges list for your josaa counselling 2020. so, you can use this link and you can find your more IIIT colleges,GFTIs and north eastern nit colleges according to your rank and you can prepare your list for your counselling . here is the link.

Going by your CRL rank you will not get any NIT, but going by your OBC rank you have some chances to get very low branch in some low NIT. For this check the cut-off for NIT's. The link is given below.

You can try state level counsellings in states like Haryana, MP, Punjab , Odisha etc. You will get branches like ECE, CE, EE in some good Govt. college. Also you can try private colleges.
