Don't worry just upload the new photograph as per the specifications given below and carry your NEET Admit card as it is :-
-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),
-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),
-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),
-->> Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and
-->> Postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).
