Respected sir/mam, I got a neet rank of 44849 in open and 19037 in OBC category . Will there be any chances of me getting into Apollo medical College,Hyderabad with a government category seat. I hold a caste reservation of BC-B and my state rank according to the table KNRUHS just released is 1048.

With this marks it's quite difficult for you to get any top Government Medical instituion in different states through 15% AIQ. So we have to go for State quota for 85% seats.

You have not mentioned your State in your question, but from your Careers360 profile I have understood that you're the resident of Telengana.

However I can assure you that despite being OBC category student you can't get any Government MBBS seat in Telengana also. But you can try for Government seats in thr the following Private colleges:
