Each year the cutoff changes due to many factors like difficulty level of paper,totalstudents appearing for exam etc,but based on previous year analysis,as you did not mention your category,considering you as GEN student,you have tough or no chances to fetch a seat in GMRIT,IT
last year cutoff for IT in gmrit was 20326.so you have tough chances.for more info about your chances into other colleges and branches check:
