I got a rank of 11969. Will i be able to get CS in main branch?

Yes you will easily get cse branch in main campus. As SRM is having 3 campuses in chennai and one in Delhi and one in Andhra Pradesh according to your rank you will get CSE branch in any of these campus and also a chance of getting specialisation.
