Hello there,
It's hard to predict whether you will get CSE with this rank, as every year cut-off rank changes. KL University has not released their cut-off rank for 2020 yet. Even if you don't get CSE, you will get any other branch like EE, Civil, Mechanical and even ECE. Don't lose hope.
