I got a rank of 12544 in viteee, I'm not sure what I'll be getting in vit vellore Or chennai and even in which category,can you just help me out as 6k is a huge amount for me to pay if I'm not getting cse, it ece in vellore Or cse in chennai !!

Firstly, congrats on successful completion of your VITEEE exam. When it comes to CS branch, it's really tough to get it as it has high demand these days. The cut-off trends keep changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With a rank near to 12,000, you cannot secure a CS seat in Vellore campus. Whereas, you can easily secure a CSE, ECE or IT seat in their Chennai campus in first category itself.
