i got a rank of 444 in IPU BJMC, outside delhi general. can i get JIMS vasant kunj morning shift?

If your question is regarding IPU CET BJMC, cut offs change every year based on total number of applicants for the course, seats available, the difficulty level of the entrance examination, and past cut off figures. But in 2019, the minimum rank was 936 and Maximum rank was 975 for morning shift. For Outside Delhi, the Minimum Rank was 479 and the Maximum Rank was 482. So with 444, you have slim chances.
