i got a rank of 9597 in KLEEE 2019. Is there a chance of getting seat in KL UNIVERSITY.

yeah!!!It's easy to get a seat in that university with that rank because you have scored a good rank in the entrance exam you can expect a seat in the kl university.
As there are two campuses. you can apply for any campus you want and one campus is in vijaywada and the other one is in hyderabad.
