Well according to last year's cutoff your chances of getting a government seat with that score in Karnataka won't be possible.
Also you haven't mentioned your domicile.

My daughter neet score is 270 all india rank 309416 and state rank (U.P.) is 136342 ,chance for admission in BAMS course in gov or pvt college any where in India or in U.P..Her date of birth is 20/09/2002.
