i got a score of 481 in gate 2019,CE. i belong to OBC-NCL category. is there any chance i would get admission in NITK surathkal ?

till round 3 there is only branch "industrial pollution control" which you have chance to get. In NSR last year cutoff for remote sensing was 437 and in water resourse engineering it was 499. so if got lucky you may get these branches.
