I got a seat in 2 round of ayush ug (aaccc) in bhuvaneswar and im admitted in college. i applied for upgradation but i dint get a seat in mopup round. can i exit the seat alloted and go for state quota counselling?

If you have taken admission in your related college for Ayush then at the same time you have to go for upgradation of college. This is called 'upgradation with college'.
You can try with with norms and forms module upgradation. Suppose in your checklist your related college is in a number of 8 then you can get 1to7 upgraded college for your further admission.
