I got a seat in 7th round.if i did not reported at allotted institute can I participate in csab special round

To participate in further rounds or special round you have to surrender the seat allotted as per the procedure established. For this, you can contact the seat allocation authority.

If you were allotted a seat in 7th round of josaa counselling but you did not report at the allotted Institute then also you can participate in the special round counselling. Now there are two cases first that if you have paid the seat acceptance fees in jossa then you only need to pay a fee of Rupees 1500 in special round counselling otherwise you need to pay the full fee
