Yes, you can apply to college for fees refund subject to commencement of classes and date of admission. the college allows partial refund to students after deducting some amount of fees. However, the students is not required to pay any extra processing fees if the student upgrade one center to another under same admission process. In any other case, a processing fees of 10,000 rs is required to be paid.

Hi.

Can you please clarify that what option did you opt for after the CSAB round 1 results were announced because if you did not withdraw the seat and submitted seat acceptance fees along and complete document verification then no refund will be given because the institute seat has been allotted to you. CSAB Counselling ended on 1st December and it seems a little late to raise this query.
