see mvsr engineering college has excellent placement as per college placement record. however the majority of students of cse and ECE stream gets highest placement. however based on your rank you have decent chances for tier 1 college based on comedk  uget previous years counselling. so its up to you whether you want to wait for better college or pay the fees,
