In order to confirm your seat your are supposed to report to the college and pay the fees. Since you have not done that, they have excluded you from counselling and hence you will not be allowed to participate in further rounds. However,do not lose hope. you can take part in the spot counselling round where , based on the vacancies available, they offer you direct admission to a management seat.Kindly go through the below article to know the dates for the registration of the same.

Dear student,
I feel very sad to tell you that now you could not take part in the further rounds of the counselling. Since you have not paid the fees so your response has been assumed as withdrawal from the counselling and you are no more part of it now. But you can surely take part in the special round, the registration for which starts from 26th November to 28th November.
