I got a total 73.66% in only PCB combination while 81.8% as my XII results. Do i have any chance of getting a seat in AAU for B.sc in agri?

Below is the eligibility criteria for B.Sc. in Agriculture course in Assam Agricultural University:
Eligibility:
1. A candidate must have passed Higher Secondary/10+2/ Intermediate examination with Physics , Chemistry and Biology (PCB) or Physics , Chemistry and Agriculture (PCAg) from a recognized University or Board.
2. A candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for Gen/OBC/UPS category and 40% in aggregate for SC/ST/DAC in qualifying examination.
