i got actual mark in tancet is 8.667 and my percentile mark is 39.5..Is percentile mark is same as the normalised mark? or is it different? plzz tell me

Actually this kind of marks is very poor for the any university.
It is better for you to take other option.
Also you have the chances in management quota in private colleges.
