Hello,

If you haven't received your roll number through SMS or on your fee receipt, here are some steps you can take to obtain it:

  1. Check Official Website : Visit the official website of the institution where you got admission. They may have a portal or section where you can log in using your credentials to find your roll number.

  2. Email the Admissions Office : Reach out to the admissions office or registrar via email. Include your details (name, course, application number) and explain your situation. They should be able to provide you with your roll number.

  3. Call the Admissions Office : If you need a quicker response, consider calling the admissions office directly. They can often assist you over the phone.

  4. Visit the Campus : If you’re nearby, visiting the campus can sometimes yield faster results. Speak to someone at the admissions office or student services.

  5. Check Spam or Promotional Folders : Sometimes, messages can end up in spam or promotional folders in your email or SMS. Make sure to check those.

  6. Ask Peers : If you know others who have also been admitted, ask them how they received their roll numbers or if they faced a similar issue.

Following these steps should help you obtain your roll number.

Hope it helps !

If you’ve secured admission but haven’t received your roll number either via phone or on your fee receipt, there are a few steps you can take to resolve this:

1. **Check the Admission Portal**: Most institutions have an online portal where students can log in to view their details after admission. Look for your roll number in the dashboard or profile section of the portal. Sometimes, institutions update roll numbers there before sending them via SMS or email.

2. **Contact the Admission Office**: If you still can't find the roll number, contact the admission office of the college or university. You can either call or visit in person. Make sure to keep your admission details like application number, receipt of fee payment, and any confirmation emails or SMS messages handy when contacting them. They can provide you with the roll number or guide you on how to access it.

3. **Check Email/SMS Again**: Some institutions send roll numbers via email or SMS after a few days, especially after document verification or fee submission. Double-check your spam or promotions folder in your email.

4. **Fee Receipt/Admit Card**: In some cases, the roll number may be issued when the institution generates an official admit card. If that’s the case, ask the admission office when it will be available.

By taking these steps, you should be able to retrieve your roll number.

hope this helps you!!

Hy,

If you've already been admitted but haven't received your roll number via phone or on your fee receipt , here’s what you can do:

  1. Check Your Admission Portal : Many colleges and universities provide roll numbers on their online portals after confirming admission. Log into the admission or student portal using your credentials to see if the roll number is available there.

  2. Contact the College/University : Reach out to the admission office or administrative department of your institution. You can either call, email, or visit them in person to inquire about your roll number. They should be able to provide you with the details or guide you on how to retrieve it.

  3. Look for Official Communications : Sometimes, colleges send roll numbers via email instead of SMS. Make sure to check your email inbox and spam/junk folder for any communication from the institution.

  4. Student ID/Portal Activation : After admission, institutions often issue student IDs or activate student portals where your roll number can be accessed. Check if this step is pending in your case.

If none of these methods work, contacting the administration directly is the best way to resolve this issue swiftly.

If you have any bank statements, payment confirmations (like screenshots or emails), or any other documentation that shows the fee was paid, present these as proof of evidence to your college to get your roll number and request them to issue your fee receipt of admission as this is so important to show that you are the student of that college.

Also,If verbal communication doesn’t resolve the issue, consider writing a formal letter to the college administration, detailing your situation and requesting their assistance. Include copies of any supporting documents.
