If there is no bond policy then you can leave the college but if there is indeed the bond you have to pay a penalty for leaving the seat. But in the end it all depends on your score and rank you get in NEET-18

Hi Vijay

Well getting a seat in Bams this year and leaving the Last year's seat, this firstly depends on the college which you are studying. Most of the colleges have Bond for leaving any seat, so you have to fill the bond to vacate your seat. And secondly you have reappear for NEET -18 and score again the required marks to get the seat in respective college.
