Hi Dimpal,
I understand that you want to cancel your admission from the concerned college, i.e., Eva College, Rajkot. Although there is no formal methodology for doing the same but the official procedure should be as follows:
- Write a formal letter addressing your issue which is that you want to cancel your admission and give this letter to the head of department in person.
- Get the previous letter signed from the HOD and then give it to the head of the institute or the dean.
- Once the first 2 steps get approved, contact the administration of the college and get your release certificate issued and also get your admission revoked.
