i got admission in ccsu ballb course in behalf of obc quota wth 44.2 % up domicile but now i hv notup obc certificate . i hv central obc made from edistrict site up can this work in ccsu plzz reply

If you have secured a seat in CCSU on the basis of central Other Backward Caste quota and don't have that certificate then you will loose your seat in the course of BA LLB if you don't furnish the required certificate. In that case, you will be given admission in the general category if your marks are that high.
