You haven't mentioned whether you have secured seat in phase 1 or phase 2 counselling of TS EAMCET. If you were allotted seat in phase 1 then the last date to cancel the seat was November 9, 2020 so you cannot cancel the seat now. If you got seat in second phase then seat cancellation dates are yet to be announced so we would suggest you to contact the college administration or TS EAMCET helpdesk and enquire.
