i got admission in state medical college Shahjahanpur through up state quota and i want to upgrade it then what is process of upgradation aa college faculty didn't gave me any form for upgradation and told that i have to do direct choice filling for round 2 , I'm very confused ,what is real process

Round 1 has free exit, hence there is no fees for upgradation. If you report to the allotted college in Round 1, you have to submit willingness for second round up-gradation as Yes. If you desire to take part in second round of online allotment, you will have to submit fresh choices during choice submission  period and lock the choices during period of locking. Once you join second round seat, you will not be allowed to vacate from allotted 2nd round seat.

sir my docs will be transferred directly to alloted college in second round or I have to go to first college to collect them and my fee that I submitted in first clg what will happen with that ?
