You get your OBC category certificate in 2019. But you didn't mention the admission year of your bschool, i.e. MBA. Goverment rules that OBC certificate validation only 1year.. After one year you have to renew the certificate otherwise you have to get the new one. So if you got admission this year in MBA then for OBC category certificate you have to renew it. Otherwise you get any trouble in your certificate. So better you go first and renew your certificate. Any state government or central government certificate validation time only 1year, after that you have to renew it.
