Hope you are doing great. The eligibility criteria in BITSAT exam is mainly concerned with class 12th. As per the eligibility criteria, one must score 60% of aggregate marks in each (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) subject of PCM. Also, one must score 75% of total marks in 12th as a whole.

As per your question, you mentioned that you had scored 73% aggregate marks as a whole, so you are not eligible. However, if you did not mention the separate score in each subject of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry.

As per your profile you are an engineering aspirant so considering your query for BE course offered in BITS through BITSAT, if wrong then kindly correct me in the comment section below.

No you will not be eligible for admission to engineering course BE through BITSAT because as per the eligibility criteria released by BITS Pilani for BITSAT 2022 the candidate should have at least 75% aggregate in 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and English should also be there in curriculum and the candidate should be passed in it and along with above aggregate the candidate should also have secured at least 60% in each subject separately but you have secured 73% in PCM which makes you ineligible for BITSAT 2022.

With 73 % in PCM aggregate, you are not eligible

This is because,

To be eligible you need  at least 75 % in aggregate of maths, physics, & chemistry .

For your reference,

BITSAT 2022 examination eligibility criteria is given below:-

To be eligible  BITSAT 2022 examination ,

-------------) you should be either appearing for 12th board examination 2022 or should have passed it in 2021 with PCM i. e physics chemistry and mathematics  (or PCB i. e physics ,chemistry and biology in case of students applying for B Pharma, PCM candidates are also eligible for B Pharma)

-------------)   You should have got at least 75% marks in aggregate of physics chemistry  and mathematics ( if you have taken mathematics for your BITSAT examination)  in 12th

or

at least 75% marks in aggregate of physics chemistry  and biology( if you have taken biology for your BITSAT examination)  in 12th

-------------) you must have got at   least 60% marks individually in each of physics, chemistry  Maths/ biology  in 12th

-------------) There's no age limit to be eligible
