The cut off percentile was 98.12 in 2018 for general category

95.29 for OBC category

90.20 for SC/ST category

I assume your category is General Category as you have not mentioned your category. Looking at the last year's cut off you have a good chance of admission with percentile of 99.38 in an AIIMS college.
