As per your question, honestly you are not eligible to grab your seats in btech as per your rank respectively as your percentile would be around 94 to 95. College is based on other factors also rather than your marks and rank factors are your category and state. So without these information I am not able to give the answer of your question. But according to your rank it is difficult to get the college if you belongs from general category.
