I got AIR 246864 (CRL) in JEE MAIN & I belong to st catagory . my st rank is ( 4295 st catagory ) & percentile is 73 . which NIT can I get please help me..

Based on your category rank, under All India seat (since you did not mention your home state) you might NOT be able to get into majority of NITs under Other State quota and Gender-Neutral seats. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state, however, you may have to compromise for branch. I will advice you to post a new question with your home state as well.
