I got AIR 2671 in NCHMCT JEE. I'm from general category. What colleges can i expect to take me?

I got AIR 2671 in nchmct jee and am from general. Should i just take the college given to me in the 1st round or should i go for the second round as well? Would i be given a better college in round 2? Also why hasn't nchm released the opening and closing rank lost for 2019 even though choice filling has started?
