I got AIR 48 and gate score 886 in electrical . Do I have chances for Ongc or power grid?

For General Category any rank under 50 is good enough to get a call from PSU like ONGC, NTPC, PGCIL.
You have not mentioned you marks out of 100 . You scored 886 out of 1000 which is good and you have chances of getting in your desired PSU.
