Based on the 2018 cutoff, your score is good but for your rank, it is quite difficult to get a seat in Government colleges under AIQ because seats are allotted based on rank, not on the score. Based on the 2018 cutoff, your rank should be at least around 60,000 belonging to SC category and to get a seat in any other college in other states your rank should be around 70,000. But you have pretty good chances for Rajasthan Private medical colleges under State Quota so if you are interested then you could try for them.
