Since you have gained top marks, you can get any of top IIT that run Masters Course in Biotechnology. IIT Bombay, IIT Roorkee, IIT Indore these are the institution that you can get easily.

THE CLOSING RANK FOR IIT BOMBAY IN GENERAL CATEGORY WAS 30 AND FOR IIT INDORE IT ENDED AT 59. IF THE CANDIDATE BELONGS TO A RESERVED CATEGORY THEN HE/SHE MIGHT GET A CHANCE IN THE IITS BUT FOR GENERAL CATEGORY IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. YOU CAN SEARCH FOR YOURSELf AT THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF IIT JAM 2017 ABOUT THE CUTOFF. THE LINK IS jam.iitd.ac.in/PDFs/R3.pdf AND THIS IS THE FINAL LIST. HOPE THIS IS USEFUL.
