I got AIR Rank 402 in SASTRA University, Stream 1. Can I get CSE in SASTRA University in the first counselling?

Every year around 360 students get enrolled in CSE stream in Sastra University. Since your rank is 402 you have high chances of being called in the first round of counselling and getting a seat allotted to your name as they call around 500 students in the first round of seat allotment.
