I got all India rank 39475 in neet 2020.I am from state of andhra pradesh . category OBC- D,child of armed forces person(cap certificate). My score is 564. Do I have any chances to get a seat in government medical college of andhra Pradesh or in any state of India.

Your score and rank is really good.
But to get seat in government medical college, you maut score 600+ for MBBS
But as you belong to OBC category, you still got chances.
You can even get BDS if not MBBS in good college.
See cut off is very high this year, so it difficult to predict much, but according to last year's trends you can get seat.
Cut off varies every year depending upon no of students appearing, qualifying, no of seats available, last year's trends and difficulty level of exam.
